My practice focuses on how thought generates emotion, directs behavior and shapes experience. My goal is to help you generate insight by teaching you to observe your thoughts, know your self narrative, challenge your paradigms, and move in new directions.
Think Better.
Feel Better.
When first reaching out
for therapy
you may feel anxious, overwhelmed, unmotivated, frustrated, sad or even hopeless.
Thought is the path to change
Yes, you may have uncomfortable feelings, Making the connection between thought, emotion and behavior is our first step.
Unproductive thought can
present in many ways
Perfectionism
Being over-accommodating,
A need for validation
Difficulty negotiating relationships
Managing work demands
Avoidance | Social isolation
Unhealthy routines
The Goal
is to allow for a meaningful shift in thought and narrative, changing the way you experience yourself and navigate the world.
Our Work Together
is to collaborate on the best methods to create this shift. Using cognitive tools, observation exercises, and directed action you can begin to change these cognitive obstacles that hold you back from living the life you want. Think better. Feel better.
